Hello and welcome to the first of many blog entries that will focus on healthy weight loss! My name is Katie and I have set up this blog in conjunction with the overall Mind Your Own Weight site for the sole purpose of sharing some innovative and exciting new weight loss tips, strategies and resources I have uncovered in my studies and research on the topic. What you’re going to find is that this information will be somewhat different to the traditional diet plans and methods that we’ve all heard and tried before.
For a start, the info I am going to share with you will definitely not be the latest fads out of the gossip magazines, far from it. It will in fact primarily be information that is scientifically backed, particularly in relation to how our bodies actually respond to our food choices and eating habits. This will include some pretty revealing insights that most people are totally unaware of, yet they are the very insights that are absolutely crucial to know for anyone who is serious about losing weight.

The Frustration and Dilemma of Recurring Weight Gain and Diets That Simply Don’t Work

As a result of both my training and personally applying what I was taught, I also now understand and know exactly what to do in order to maintain your weight once you have achieved your ideal weight once and for all.
I am also going to share this information with you so that after experiencing a much more enjoyable, liberating and healthier way to lose weight, you will be able to maintain your ideal weight with ease … something that is sure to put a vibrant, confident and healthy smile on your face.
I have heaps to share with you, which I will endeavor to add here on a consistent basis – and just so you know up front, the emphasis of everything you will find here as you follow this blog will be based on HEALTHY weight loss – i.e. the type of weight loss that is good for you all round and in every aspect.
